Apartment two, which occupies the whole ground floor of Bindozzino's cottage, has two private accesses. It consists of a large double bedroom, a kitchenette, a spacious living room in tuscan country style and a bathroom, totalling a gross surface area of 75 square metres (800 square feet). According to our customers it is characterized by a cosy and intimate ambience.

The unit is not wheelchair accessible, anyway it is suitable for people with minor mobility issues as there is only one entrance step.

The figures speak for themselves: direct booking results in significant savings; e.g. -26.8% for two adults staying 7 nights, compared to Booking.com, -22% compared to Airbnb.com. For short stays the price ranges from 30.- to 37.5 euro per person per day (prices vary depending on the season and the number of reservations). One or two night reservations might not be available during the holidays of Easter, "Ferragosto" (15 August), and Saint Sylvester when a minimum stay of three nights might be required.
